All rental season pass sales are final; there are no cancellations, modifications, or refunds on any purchases. Upon receipt, you will need to bring your order confirmation email and verification of birth date (Passport, Driver’s License or Birth Certificate) to the Guest Service Desk at the Base Lodge to have your photo taken and pass issued. Passes require a processing and handling fee that is listed in the shipping area. Passes are not shipped.
